With that... we are anticipating a much higher-than-normal call volume immediately following the launch, meaning our call times will also be longer. So we very much appreciate your patience!
Don't worry - your current Username is staying exactly the same!
You sure can... after enrollment! When you register your account on the new digital banking platform, you must use the exact Username you use today (when logging into Skyla's current Online or Mobile Banking). This is how we know who's who during registration!
Once your account has been enrolled in the new system, you can jump into your Profile Settings and change your Username at any time.
You will not need to re-enroll in Bill Pay and your profile, payees, and scheduled payments will continue to work uninterrupted. However, you will not be able to access Bill Pay on April 24 while we transition.
Your scheduled payments, transfers, and direct deposits will continue to process uninterrupted and there’s nothing you need to do.
Unfortunately, your current budgets will not be transferring over to the new platform. We recommend downloading your budgeting profile before Monday, April 24, so you can reference it when you set up your new budgets.
Your current alerts will not be transferred over to the new platform, but you’ll be able to set up new alerts once enrolled!
Your eStatements will seamlessly transition into the new platform with easy access both online and in the mobile app.
If you are not currently enrolled in Skyla’s Online and Mobile Banking, now would be a great time to do so! That way, we can simply transfer your login credentials to the new system on Tuesday, April 25.
If you do not choose to register your account before Wednesday, April 19, you will not be able to enroll in the new Digital Banking platform until Tuesday, May 2.
All members on an account (both primary and joint) will need to register separately with their own Usernames and Passwords if they wish to access Digital Banking.
You’ll be able to enroll in the new Digital Banking platform starting Tuesday, May 2.
Most members will only need to register once. If you have multiple member numbers, choose the one you consider your main account. Then, all your other accounts will link automatically, enabling you to view all your accounts under your new Username!
However, business accounts and some specialty accounts won’t automatically be linked and will need to be registered separately.
Yes - Skyla Mobile is getting a new app! Your current mobile app will work until Monday, April 24. After that, the old app will be discontinued.
Don’t worry – we’ll provide the link to download the new app before you lose access to the current Skyla Mobile app.
If there’s an account you’re on that doesn’t appear on your dashboard, it’s possible the account is hidden. To un-hide an account, click on Settings then choose Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
Still don’t see the account? Try logging out and back in. If you're still having issues, give us a call at 704.375.0183 or send us a secure message in Digital Banking.

But don't worry, you won’t lose any transaction data and it will all still be there should you decide to come back and un-hide this account.
If any of your accounts end in the last 3 digits, it may be hard to tell them apart on your dashboard. We recommend giving each account its own nickname and color by clicking on Settings and then choosing Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
You can still get the full account number by selecting each account and selecting Account Details.
