How it Works

Check account balances, activate or deactivate credit or debit cards, transfer funds, review account history, and more. Simply listen for the instructions and use the commands in the menu below.

Give us a call at 704.375.0183, select Option 1. To start banking, you'll need:

  • Your Skyla account number
  • Member Access Code - it's set to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. However, you can change this code by selecting Option 6, then Option 4
