If you’re trading in your vehicle, make sure to obtain your certificate of title and motor vehicle registration and disclose any damage that occurred to the vehicle while you were the owner. If you don't already have these handy, a dealership can typically supply your certificate of title and registration (psst... there may be a fee associated).
