    Below, you'll find detailed steps on how to proceed with any requests to delete your Digital Banking account and information on the data removed and retained during this process.

    STEPS TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

    Simply reach out to us and request that you would like to delete your digital banking account by any of the methods listed below:

    • Give us a call at 704.375.0183 or toll-free at 888-633-2628
    • Complete the form with your request on our Get Help page
    • Mail your request to: 3700 South Blvd., Suite 400, Charlotte, NC 28209
    DATA DELETION FROM THE APP

    When you requst the deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted:

    • Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
    • Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app.
    • App Usage Data: Any data related to your interations and usage of the Skyla Mobile app.
