Our Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 16th at our brand-new headquarters in LoSo (located at 3700 South Blvd. Charlotte, NC)

The meeting will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. We'll focus on the performance of the credit union with reports presented by the Chairperson and Treasurer of our Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee, the Nominating Committee, and our President & CEO.

At Skyla, we operate with 11 Directors, who are elected by our members and serve 3-year terms. Our Board is responsible for duties such as credit union policy, planning, finance, and service delivery. But – their most important task – is ensuring we always remain right here in the communities we serve, are true to our mission and values, and meet you wherever you are in your financial journey. Unlike a bank’s Board of Directors, Credit Union Directors serve on a voluntary basis.

The nominating committee has placed into nomination five eligible members for inclusion on the election ballot: one name for each position on the Board open for election. The nominees (listed alphabetically) are:
